ISUZU: STRENGTHENING WARRANTY EXCELLENCE ACROSS LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN

The event, organized by ILAC with the significant participation of IPSA, brought together more than 30 participants from across Latin America and the Caribbean. Attendees had the opportunity to undergo training aimed at strengthening after-sales capabilities throughout the authorized dealer network.

The training focused on optimizing the authorized dealers’ understanding of ISUZU’s warranty policies and processes through theoretical and practical sessions. The participants received training on warranty coverage, the proper application of ISUZU after-sales policies, and the importance of correctly submitting warranty claims in compliance with all requirements.

A key highlight of the program was an in-depth review of the warranty claims portal, which enabled attendees to improve their navigation of the system while increasing the quality and efficiency of claim submissions. Additionally, the training emphasized the importance of accurate diagnostics to prevent unnecessary repairs and reduce claim rejections.

This initiative marks another significant step in reinforcing quality, consistency, and operational excellence across the ISUZU authorized dealer network.
