ISUZU Motors America – Latin America and the Caribbean (ILAC) proudly celebrate a decade of operations, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued expansion and commitment to the region.
Since its origins in Panama, ILAC was established to strengthen ISUZU’s presence across Latin America and the Caribbean. In April 2016, under the leadership of former Executive Vice President Jun Narahashi officially opened its regional office in Doral, Miami, Florida—positioning itself at the heart of a dynamic and growing market.
Over the past 10 years, ILAC has played a pivotal role in developing and supporting business operations across 21 countries and 22 authorized dealers. This success has been made possible not only by ILAC’s strategic direction, but also by the strength, dedication, and collaboration of its authorized dealer network, whose commitment to excellence continues to support and elevate the ISUZU brand across the region.
Through a strong focus on sales, service, and parts, ILAC and its authorized dealers have built a solid foundation for sustainable growth. As markets have evolved, ILAC has remained committed to understanding and responding to local needs—reinforcing dealer capabilities through training, strengthening brand presence, and promoting the use of ISUZU Genuine Parts to enhance customer confidence and long-term performance.
