ISUZU AFTERSALES WORKSHOP 2025
From September 22 to 25, ISUZU held its first post-sales workshop in Anaheim, California, bringing together executives from the Parts and Service departments of ISUZU authorized dealers across Latin America and the Caribbean.
This initiative is part of ISUZU’s strategic plan to achieve its Vision 2030, which aims to strengthen its value proposition by offering solutions that address the challenges faced by customers and society in the freight transportation sector. To accomplish this, ISUZU is focused on maximizing customer uptime by minimizing downtime. This is achieved through the implementation of preventive maintenance and the acceleration of repair processes via targeted training programs. These efforts align with the goal of optimizing operational time for customers, enhancing post-sales service under the “ISUZU Aftersales Way” approach, and ensuring the continuous updating of key post-sales KPIs across all authorized dealers.
