Oil Filter
The oil filter removes impurities contained in the engine oil by using filter paper, always allowing clean oil to lubricate inside the engine.

Keep the normal operation of the engine lubrication system and elongates the useful life of the engine.
What happens if we don't perform proper maintenance?
  • Impurities and contaminants will circulate through all engine parts.
  • Fuel efficiency and use life of the engine will be reduced.

Air Filter
The air filter withholds impurities in the air cleaner filter paper to prevent entering to the engine.

Maintains the high engine performance and reduces noise levels at the air intake.
What happens if we don't perform proper maintenance?
  • Shorten maintenance period of air intake and injection system components.
  • As air intake is reduced, the engine computer cannot understand sensors information correctly.
  • It can alter the way air enter into the engine (flow & pressure).
  • Increases emissions and fuel consumption.

Fuel Filter
Fuel may contain impurities, such as iron rust, dust, dirt, and water.

The fuel filter's function is to withhold these particles so they do not enter the injection system as it may cause clogging or wear of the supply pump and eventually shorten the engine's life.
What happens if we don't perform proper maintenance?
  • Engine loses power.
  • Risk of premature wearing of fuel injectors.
  • Less durability of the filter, higher maintenance cost in the long term.
  • Risk of very high corrective maintenance costs.

Clutch Disc
The clutch has the role of transmitting power generated by the engine to the transmission or cutting it off depending on starting, acceleration, deceleration, and stopping.

It is a delicate part, which also serves as a fuse to prevent damage to drive-train parts and its original role as power transmission.
What happens if we don't perform proper maintenance?
  • Abnormal vibrations when the clutch is engaging.
  • Heavy jolting when applying clutch.
  • Clutch slippage.
  • Scraping sounds when operating clutch.
  • Defective decoupling of the transmission gears.

Brake Shoes
The brake shoes primary function is to generate enough friction to slow down and stop the wheels.

We recommend the use of Isuzu Genuine and BVP to generate excellent high and low speed braking performance. Estimated mileage for brake system replacement may vary based on truck use.
What happens if we don't perform proper maintenance?
  • Excessive wearing or severe damage to the surface of the brake drum or disc.
  • Low braking performance.
  • Uneven braking between wheels, which can cause the vehicle to divert from its path when braking.
