THE DNA OF EXCELLENCE: INSIDE THE 2026 ISUZU VIP CUSTOMER TRIP TO JAPAN

From September 6 to 11, 2026, a distinguished group of fleet customers from our authorized dealer network across the region experienced an unprecedented journey: the ISUZU VIP Customer Trip to Japan.

This exclusive trip was far more than a corporate visit; it offered a deep dive into the DNA of ISUZU. Guests witnessed firsthand the quality, precision, and dedication behind every product, as well as the core values that define the brand’s identity.

During their time in Japan, our customers toured the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Fujisawa, where they observed the rigorous quality standards and precision driving every production process. This immersive experience gave our guests a deeper understanding of the ISUZU essence and our unwavering commitment to reliability and excellence. Additionally, a visit to the global headquarters in Yokohama allowed them to experience firsthand the professionalism, passion, and human dedication that propel our brand worldwide.

The itinerary also provided opportunities to experience Japan’s cultural beauty and heritage. Our guests enjoyed curated tours showcasing a nation where cutting-edge technology and innovation coexist in perfect harmony with ancient traditions and cultural legacy.

We are honored to have shared this experience with such an exceptional group of professionals from across the region, and we sincerely thank them for their participation and continued trust in ISUZU.
