Each customer is responsible for the operation, maintenance and care of the vehicle in accordance with the instructions in the Owner's and Driver's Manual.

Trust and quality

Feel supported knowing your vehicle is covered by the Isuzu warranty. To obtain warranty service, the vehicle must be taken to an Authorized Isuzu Dealer within the warranty period.
Present valid identification (example: warranty booklet) to verify eligibility and request warranty service.

Q-Series 36 months or 100,000 km (whichever occurs first)
N-Series 36 months or 100,000 km (whichever occurs first)
F-Series 24 months or 50,000 km (whichever occurs first)
P-Series 36 months or 100,000 km (whichever occurs first)
Originally Equipped Battey 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first)
Wheel alignment, clutch adjustment, tire balancing 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first)
For who

The Isuzu limited warranty applies to the first owner of the vehicle and all subsequent owners during the Warranty period.


The Isuzu limited warranty cover any repairs necessary to correct manufacturing defects.


Your authorized Isuzu dealer will carry out the repairs or adjustments using new approved parts.

No charge items

Warranty repairs (parts and labor) will be made at no cost to the owner. A reasonable time must be allowed after taking the vehicle to the dealer

Excluded from the warranty

Are not covered under warranty.

Damage due to accidents, misuse or alterations

Accidents or damage from objects striking the vehicle, misuse of the vehicle (driving over curbs, overloading and racing) and modifications like performance enhancers are not covered under warranty.

Damage due to improper or lack of maintenance

Damages, troubles or failures resulting from improper adjustments or repairs, installation of Non-ISUZU Genuine Parts, improper maintenance, lack of required maintenance or use of fuels, oils and/or lubricants other than those recommended in the Owner’s & Driver’s Manual are not covered under warranty.

Damage from environment

Damage caused by acid rain, stone fall, natural disasters, flood, brine, hail, windstorm, thunder, lightning, snow, or salt is not covered under warranty.

Routine maintenance

Cleaning , polishing, lubricants and filters, engine tune-up and replacing worn brake and clutch linings are some of the normal maintenance items on all vehicles and are at the owner's expense

Indirect expenses

Payment for the loss of use of the vehicle during warranty repairs, lodging bills, car rentals and other travel costs are covered under the owner’s expense.

¿How to make a claim?

If a defect in any Isuzu vehicle becomes apparent, you must do the following to make a valid warranty claim:


Immediately contact your authorized Isuzu dealer and notify them of the defect, as well as provide any other relevant information.


Arrange to have the vehicle delivered immediately to an authorized Isuzu dealer.


The deliver of the Isuzu vehicle to an Isuzu authorized dealer is the responsibility of the owner/operator


If necessary, use all reasonable means to protect the Isuzu vehicle from further damage once the defect becomes apparent.


Only service repairs covered by the Isuzu limited warranty is at no cost.
