Each customer is responsible for taking the vehicle to an authorized Isuzu dealer to obtain warranty service for any manufacturing defects that may occur during the warranty period. Each customer is responsible for the operation, maintenance and care of the vehicle in accordance with the instructions in the Owner’s and Driver’s Manual.<\/p>\n <\/article>\n

Damages, troubles or failures resulting from improper adjustments or repairs, installation of Non-ISUZU Genuine Parts, improper maintenance, lack of required maintenance or use of fuels, oils and\/or lubricants other than those recommended in the Owner\u2019s & Driver\u2019s Manual are not covered under warranty.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Damage from environment<\/span><\/div>\n
Damage caused by acid rain, stone fall, natural disasters, flood, brine, hail, windstorm, thunder, lightning, snow, or salt is not covered under warranty.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Routine maintenance<\/span><\/div>\n
Cleaning , polishing, lubricants and filters, engine tune-up and replacing worn brake and clutch linings are some of the normal maintenance items on all vehicles and are at the owner’s expense.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Indirect expenses<\/span><\/div>\n
Payment for the loss of use of the vehicle during warranty repairs, lodging bills, car rentals and other travel costs are covered under the owner\u2019s expense.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n

How to make a claim?<\/div>\n
